Smart Service in Shoreline, Washington

The service is outstanding! I had a problem with my transmission leaking through The connection lines . My soon to be son-in-law is a mechanicand he detected the problem , I took my car to a shop and they said there was nothing wrong with my transmission fluid , but they said I had other repairs needed so our family mechanic researched for a good place for me to take my Subaru and recommended smart service in Shoreline . Zach and Charlie at Smart Service were just so helpful and friendly and after they did a check up on my car told me that indeed my transmission lines were leaking I also decided to have a 90,000 mile service done on my car to while it was there . They gave me a loaner car which was very nice of them , they explained everything that they were doing with my car the cost and why they were doing it . When I picked my car up it had been washed vacuumed with a full tank of gas . I would definitely recommend smart service to anyone who has a Subaru the service was absolutely wonderful and I definitely we take my car back there again.

Smart Service has been helping me for more than nine years. The staff and leadership are smart, competent, cheerful and courteous. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I've never been disappointed. They richly deserve five stars.
