WASHINGTON COUNTY, Kan - TC Energy, the owner of the Keystone Pipeline, announced the company has completed its in-creek recovery after an accident that spilled approximately 12,000 barrels of oil spilled into Mill Creek in Washington County TC Energy says it will continue restoration activities along the creek shoreline and monitoring the environment. According to the statement, the company expects to be on-site until fall of this year to continue monitoring the environment.
